Happiness Essential Oil includes the following ingredients:

Essential Oils: Lavender, Sandalwood, Tangerine, Melissa, Ylang Ylang, Elemi, Lemon Myrtle, Osmanthus, Lemongrass

Crystals: Peridot, Clear Quartz, Citrine

Other ingredients: Lavender Petals, Coconut Oil

Directions- Shake well before use and place on your wrists, neck, hands, or where ever you feel like you need Joy or you can smell the oils very well. Breathe in the scent of the essential oils and focus on the moment, paying attention to the small things that bring you pleasure and peace in life. Essential oil therapy is an ancient healing practice that involves using natural, often fragrant, compounds that exist in many types of plants.
