The heart chakra is all about being connected with yourself, as well as cultivating joy, self-love, and compassion. It holds our connection to both the physical and the spiritual aspects of ourselves. Because it is at this pivotal location- connecting the physical and emotional chakras- it is also how we get in touch with our Higher Self in relation to the rest of the world (and even the universe).

When the heart chakra is out of harmony you are disconnected from yourself, you have difficulty loving yourself or giving love from a genuine place. You are out of touch with who you are and may develop depression.

When the heart chakra is in harmony you are fully connected to yourself, you cultivate joy easily, love and accept yourself. You give and receive love genuinely, and cultivate compassion for yourself and others.

Heart Chakra Essential Oil includes the following ingredients:

Essential Oils: Rose, Geranium, Neroli, Melissa, Bergamot

Crystals: Green Aventurine, Rose Quartz, Peridot

Other ingredients: Rose Petals, Fractionated Coconut Oil

Directions: Shake well and apply to the notch at the base of your throat or onto your hands. If you choose to put the oil onto your hands- rub them together. Friction releases the scent and energy of the oils. Take the time to intentionally connect with your throat chakra. Inhale deeply and say, "May I fully & completely connect with myself in a loving & compassionate way, & extend that outward to those around me. May I love & accept all of myself"
