Virtually any crystal will help you with meditation but the crystals included in this spray have the highest vibration to enhance meditation 🧘‍♀️ to the higher consciousness.

Some people have trouble "quieting" the mind and some people experience difficulty sitting and performing mindfulness. If you experience difficulty with this type of meditation, consider a more active meditation such as a walking meditation, guided meditation, or visualization. All can connect you with a higher source. Use this spray as an assistive device to connect to your higher self and to enhance your meditation practice!

Meditation Spray includes the following:

- Crystal Essence: Selenite, Super Seven, Moonstone, Aura Quartz
- Essential Oils: Frankincense, Sandalwood, Lavender, Vetiver, Lemon, Patchouli, Tangerine, Clove, Chamomile
- Crystals (in bottle): Moonstone & Clear Quartz
- Other ingredients: Full Moon crystal essence filtered water, Organic Alcohol to preserve

Directions- Shake well before use and spray 3-5 times above your head and allow the spray to cleanse your aura. Breathe in the scent of the spray and focus on your breathing. Sit or lie with your eyes closed and don't attach to any thoughts that arise. "I am one with the universe, and I connect to higher consciousness now"
