Sleep is our body's way of recharging the batteries and healing our mind, body, and spirit. This formula is "tried and true" on the toughest of sleepers, including children. Watch yourself, or them, drift away into the most peaceful sleep and awaken with a clear mind. Use as much as necessary. This one is my favorite!

Sleep Essential Oil includes the following-

Essential Oils: Lavender, Roman Chamomile

Crystals: Amethyst, Rose Quartz

Other: Lavender flowers, Fractionated Coconut Oil

Chakra healing: Crown, Third Eye, Heart

Directions- Shake well before use and rub on neck and/or wrists at nighttime (or whenever you need to relax). Breathe in the scent and visualize yourself drifting off into a deep, calm, and peaceful sleep or relaxation, without worry. "I am relaxed"

All crystals and essences have been cleansed by my Quartz crystal alchemy singing bowls and are pre-charged with the full moon & sun. My products are created with full love and light intention and are created using high frequency vibrations, to utilize the full potential of the crystal imprint. When sprayed into your energy field (and stating your intention), it provides inspiration for change within the mind, body, and spirit.
