The first of the physical chakras is the root chakra- the chakra largely responsible for how safe and secure you feel. The root chakra is all about being grounded, feeling secure that your basic needs are being met, and feeling connected to your family and tribal consciousness in healthy ways.

When the root chakra is out of harmony, there is an inability to trust nature. We also feel ungrounded, feel disconnected from Mother Earth, and do not feel secure.

When the root chakra is in harmony, we are profoundly connected to nature, feel grounded, trust in the natural laws, and are able to move with the ebb and flow of life.

Root Chakra Spray includes the following ingredients:

Crystal Essence: Black Tourmaline, Garnet, Hematite, Smoky Quartz, Red Jasper

Essential Oils: Myrrh, Vetiver, Sandalwood, Spikenard

Other ingredients: Full Moon crystal essence filtered water, Organic Alcohol to preserve

Directions- Shake well and spray 3-5 times in your energy field, paying close attention to the base of your spine. Imagine yourself growing roots in to Mother Earth. Stomping your feet on the ground help connect with the earth.
